Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy

At Precision Pickle, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

All products sold on our website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not limit those rights.

1. Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper assembly

  • Damage caused by modifications or alterations

  • Damage due to lack of proper care or maintenance

  • Cosmetic damage to outer packaging only

If a product is deemed faulty or defective, we will assess the issue and may offer:

  • Replacement parts

  • A replacement product (subject to availability)

  • A repair solution

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund

Each claim is assessed individually to ensure a fair outcome.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible.

To lodge a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing:

    • The fault or damage

    • The full product

    • The packaging (if applicable)

Images must clearly show the issue so we can properly assess your claim.

Please do not dispose of the product until your claim has been reviewed and finalised, as we may require further information.

We will respond promptly and advise the next steps.

3. Returns & Refunds for Faulty Products

If a product is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and (where applicable) a return shipping label.

4. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unopened and in original packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition

We do not accept change of mind returns for:

  • Opened hygiene-related or health items

  • Bulk or custom orders

  • Used equipment

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

If your change of mind return is approved:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed within 10 days once the item has been received and inspected.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 10 business days of dispatch.

We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

Please note that delivery timeframes may occasionally be affected by courier delays or unforeseen events.

6. Incorrect Address or Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Failure to collect the parcel

The return will be treated as a change of mind return and may incur:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Redelivery costs

  • A restocking fee (if applicable)

7. Product Recalls

In the unlikely event of a product recall, we will contact affected customers directly with clear instructions.
